Vivek Tiwari... the manager of apple company was shot dead by the pistol of one of the police man in Lucknow at 1.30 am. The only eye witness of Vivek Tiwari:s encounter who was present on the spot was Sana khan.. But she is always giving different answers regarding his encounter to the media. In her one of the press confrencing she said that after the encounter police van reached after fifteen minutes. Then after she said they all wait for atleast fifteen minutes for the ambulance and when the ambulance came they reached to hospital approx ten to fifteen minutes. By the statement of Sana khan we can see all the things that had happened after the encounter of Vivek Tiwari.. Now here the question is arising that by the statement of Sana khan, it took approx fifteen minutes to reach the hospital but in one of the media interview the wife of Vivek Tiwari had said that.. 'why hadn't the police took my husband to the hospital in two hours..
In the post mortam report it had said that the pistol had crossed between the chin and the neck line and came out from the upper side and its only possible when someone shoot from the above but in the statement of Sana khan she had said that the gud has shot from the front side.. Now here the question also arises why the Vivek Tiwari hadn't stop his car when the police trying to stop his car.
